Ping iWedge

The Ping iWedge is inspired by the original Eye 2, which earned a strong following among tour pros for its versatility and performance. This sole design is extremely easy to use from all types of sand while not giving up playability from the turf. The “Sand Cup” is the concave sole which moves the pivot point further from the lead edge. This design feature, coupled with an aggressively tapered heel and toe, allows the clubhead to enter the sand quickly. It gets under the ball and increases trajectory, and the wide pivot point keeps the head from digging. The results are softer landing bunker shots.
